UNITED WAY DAY OF CARING

Wednesday, May 16 - Kick off at Dwyer Stadium 8am.  Volunteers will come together to do projects throughout Genesee County. Volunteers are asked to bring a non perishable food item with them to the kick off for local food pantries. Chronic Disease Management Program

The Independent Living of Genesee Region Center, 113 Main Street, Batavia, will begin a six week program on Chronic disease self management, Tuesday, May 22, 9am. The program will continue through July 3. Medications, nutrition, exercise, communication skills, and techniques to deal with frustration, fatigue, and isolation will be covered. Seating is limited. GCC Student Art Show
